About Southwest Showcase
Southwest Showcase is the premier event for those in meetings, education and exhibits.
The 2012 event is scheduled for January 26 at the Austin Convention Center.
The event is designed for CEOs, meeting planners, education directors, exhibition managers and other support staff from associations, government entities and corporations. It provides them with the opportunity to receive professional development and meet with suppliers who can address their meeting and event needs in one day, at one place.
The morning provides breakout sessions of continuing education for both attendees and exhibitors, covering the latest trends and issues facing the meetings, education and exhibits industry. Following a seated luncheon with keynote speaker, the floor opens to a 175-booth trade show in the afternoon.
Southwest Showcase is proudly presented by International Association for Exhibitions and Events–Central Texas Chapter (IAEE-CTC), Meeting Professionals International–Texas Hill Country Chapter (MPI-THCC) and the Texas Society of Association Executives (TSAE).

Refunds
Transfers/substitutions are welcome prior to the date of the program. Cancellations received in writing at the TSAE office five (5) business days prior to the program will receive a refund – minus a 20% percent handling fee (or a $25 fee for events priced under $100). If you do not cancel or transfer prior to the program date, the entire fee is non-refundable.
