Attendees are eligible to earn three (3) points toward the CAE (Certified Association Executive) designation or re-certification and/or three hours (.3 credits) towards the CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation.

Refunds
Transfers/substitutions are welcome prior to the date of the program. Cancellations received in writing at the TSAE office five (5) business days prior to the program will receive a refund – minus a 20% percent handling fee (or a $25 fee for events priced under $100). If you do not cancel or transfer prior to the program date, the entire fee is non-refundable.
