The IAEE Central Texas Chapter is offering the CEM module “Selecting Service Contractors” in conjunction with the 2012 Southwest Showcase.

An exhibition can only be produced by a mutual effort of multiple entities, many of which exist outside the sponsoring organization. A substantial portion of the exhibition or event organizer’s job is to shop the industry for services and products needed and to contract for their services.

Transfers/substitutions are welcome prior to the date of the program. Cancellations received in writing at the TSAE office five (5) business days prior to the program will receive a refund – minus a 20% percent handling fee (or a $25 fee for events priced under $100). If you do not cancel or transfer prior to the program date, the entire fee is non-refundable.
